How it works.

The important details.
The QR contains calendar data, not a hosted link. Capacity is limited: this tool allows up to 1,800 UTF-8 bytes without silently shortening your event data. Selected events retain their complete repeat series and calendar/timezone information; unrelated tasks and other non-event items are omitted from that copy. Anyone with the image can read its contents. Scanner support varies; a scanner may show text, recognize only one event or omit repeating rules. The logo and credit stay outside the code’s white scanning margin.

Can I use a large calendar file?
Load it and choose an event series first. If even that copy is too large, shorten it explicitly in Calendar Editor or create a simpler event. The tool never uploads your file to make a short link.
